JOBS| Game Programmer

Pull up a chair and join us! Iter Games is seeking a talented and enthusiastic game programmer to work in our game Golden Arcana.

The position will wear many hats, ranging from gameplay implementation, to lower level engine programming or user interface development. The candidate will work closely with the game designers and artists to iterate on game screens, user experience (UX) workflow, and game client infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a passion for attention to detail yet keep a broad interest in diverse areas of game development and will keep a critical eye for what needs to be improved on a broad level: visuals, iteration times, code quality, engine performance, and reliability.


★ Work with production staff and other leads to establish engineering tasks and subsequent schedule requirements.
★ Perform research to acquire new knowledge necessary to perform assigned tasks and maintain a process of technological evolution.
★ Work closely with the design team to carry out the overall vision of the game.
★ Write clean, testable, maintainable, and documented code.
★ Maintain an open-minded, friendly, and positive attitude.


★ A minimum of 1 year experience with Unity (5.x)
★ Proficient in C# and C++
★ Enjoy solving challenging problems
★ Experience with performance analysis and code optimization for mobile
★ Rapid prototyping with Unity or any other engine of your choice


★ Previous experience working on videogames (it’s ok if it wasn’t published)
iOS and Android development experience
